VAT/DUTY
Products being delivered within the UK incur UK VAT @ 20%.
Products being delivered within the EU do not currently incur VAT or duty.
Products being delivered within the US incur the relevant US sales tax.
Products being shipped from Turkey globally have VAT and duty (where applicable) included in the price so NO further charges are payable on delivery.

Processing Time
We aim to post your order within one business day of cleared payment. Delivery time will depend on destination country and the shipping method you choose. 

Shipping Fee
The shipping cost depends on the destination country. In most cases, you have the choice of choosing standard post or courier.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately so that I can attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.  If you need to return anything, it must be sent within 10 business days of receipt, in its original condition including any packaging.  If I can't offer a replacement, I will refund the cost of the item.  (Postage may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return).
