Craft Heaven was established in January 2015, having been “reincarnated” from Treasure Bin (est. 1998). In 2018, I took the decision to close down our shop and sell online only.

Following Brexit, and an unrelated change whereby VAT (and, where applicable, duty) is now charged on all deliveries (instead of just deliveries from outside the EU where the value is more than €22/£15), I decided that it would better serve my customers if I could get your orders sent directly to you from my suppliers. This not only reduces postal costs but, in most cases, means that duty won't be charged since your order is being delivered from UK suppliers to UK customers and EU suppliers to EU customers.

I'm starting with a supplier who is currently delivering within Great Britain only (not Northern Ireland, apologies) and I will soon add more suppliers to cover the EU and US.

In the meantime, I am still running my Irish website and can send most of those products globally (except paints and other liquids).
