We have made every effort to describe all items accurately.  Please remember that the colours you see on your screen depend on many factors, including your computer settings, monitor resolution, etc.  If you need an exact shade match, you are welcome to send us a sample swatch and we will send you our closest match. 

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal.

We accept cheques and postal orders in Sterling or Euro and bank drafts (cashier's checks) in Sterling, Euro or US dollars (make payable to Craft Heaven and send to Craft Heaven, ShanSloe, Long Lane, Letterkenny, County Donegal F92 YT3F, Ireland).

Payment must be received within 7 days of placing your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

We do not currently accept credit/debit cards, except through PayPal, but are looking into options to do that in the near future.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.  If you need to return anything, it must be sent within 10 business days of receipt, in its original condition including any packaging.  If we can't offer a replacement, we will refund the cost of the item.  (Postage may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return).
